Liz has always had an interest in health and wellness. She was a competitive soccer player growing up, playing at the division one level in college at Temple University. It was there that she began to seek out alternative forms of healing for sports injuries and to enhance her performance on the soccer field. Liz continues her athletic pursuits. She is a distance runner, having completed 3 marathons, and she also regularly practices yoga. She continues to use acupuncture to support her active lifestyle and to keep her in good overall health. She is an avid believer in the power of acupuncture, Chinese medicine and the mind body connection, and is excited to share this passion with her patients.
