Thank you to everyone who came out yesterday for our acupuncture and meditation session. It was a successful event! Meditation and mindfulness are great tools for managing stress, self awareness, and overall happiness. From a Chinese medicine perspective, meditation helps to cultivate yin and promotes the smooth flow of qi in the body, which is important for good health! We’ll keep you posted on more Advanced Holistic Center events!
