Angela was also a personal trainer, holistic health counselor, and is currently a yoga teacher as well. Angela has training in various styles of yoga (i.e. Hatha, Vinyasa, Science of Self, and Meditation). She is a registered 500-hour yoga instructor and a certified meditation teacher from Rishikesh, India.
Angela was exposed to acupuncture at an early age in her family. She saw acupuncture being used to treat migraines, digestive issues, recovery of physical injuries, etc. Naturally this type of healing modality has stuck with her through the years. Being an athletic child and involved in sports, playing basketball, volleyball, snowboarding, etc. she experienced sports injuries herself and used acupuncture to recover. In addition, during her stint in the corporate life experienced office injuries as well.
Throughout the years, she sought help from various health professionals (i.e. physical therapists, chiropractors, acupuncturists, etc.) to remain physically healthy. As she began the road to recovering injuries, the interest in health, wellness, nutrition, and spirituality naturally came along with that. Angela continues to play various sports, strength train, and practice yoga regularly. She uses wholistic methods including acupuncture, energy healing, nutrition, and meditation to keep her in good overall health bringing peace of mind, joy, and a healthy body. She believes creating a healthy mind, body, and soul comes as a package in healing. Chinese Medicine is all about that. Angela is excited to share her knowledge and love for healing to her future patients.
